found a bug in my sa-xr50, will Panasonic listen?

There's a bass synthesizer button (which I use because I lack a subwoofer for the time being, and my speaker are only 5"), and when you turn it off after using it for at least a few hours, the volume drops a lot, about 10db judging by how much I have to turn up the volume to compensate. When I had only used the synthesizer for a few tracks, the volume difference with it on or off is negligible, all it does is boost the bass. It's not really a problem for me, the reciever sounds great and is mellowing out now, no more harsh treble.
Just for the sake of future buyers, would Panasonic actually investigate this? Not my particular reciever, but if they get a few complaints do they actually fix the problem in the next version? I'm so used to computer software by an unnamed large company, where bugs from the 90s still exist.
