I've used both the SA-XR10 and SA-XR50 with my 4 ohm Audio Physic Virgos (although only as a stereo amp, not a 6 channel) and they are stunning! Excellent sound, bass control, imaging, etc. In this case there is no problem driving 4 ohm speakers in stereo. Don't know about 6 channels though.
