I use the Accuphase 213 to drive JMLab Electra 936.
The amp. has enough power for the 936 (I am sure it would be better with the 408), and I suspect the Micro Utopia are easier to drive than the 936.
One thing with the Accuphase and JMLab combo, it is a very revealing system, so careful attention must be made about the source and cables.
