prefer mosfet sound myself too. Many BJT's can be sharp to my ears. Classic example is how I dont care for the adcom 535mkII but like the 5000 series, though think their gain little too high where not get the fullness until certain listening level. But also many passdiy amps where many are fet based. However, recent acquisition of old levinson ML-11 amp changes my mind (assuming it bjt) class AB, using to3 metal devices.
