if you do not start there you will most likely witness a failure. All the components should be power capable. Most any amplifier will give you "powerful bass" with the appropriate speakers. You can also add a Schiit Loki to fill in a deficient low end from any pair of speakers for about 200 bucks. They are great sounding, low cost EQ's. There's a price to pay for everything like speaker SPL's though.
I hope you are referring to the first 2 octaves. That's 20 to 80 CPS and nothing higher in frequency. What exactly is it you are seeking?
