I had the pure Class A Aleph 3 and Aleph 30 amps. Both were similarly 30-wpc amps but the Aleph 3 doubled power into 4-Ohms and the Aleph 30 did not. They both ran HOT and if memory serves me each drew well over 200-Watts from the AC mains continuously whether playing music or not.My Aleph 3 sitting there warming up :

Photo was 'staged'. I fried eggs on the stove then set the pan on the amp for the photo opp ;-)
And my Pass X150.5 + X3 from long ago. These were used in my combo 2-channel stereo and HT.
