And Louie what fact did Kent make that I contradicted? Or what technical comments did I make that were incorrect? I challenge you to answer that.P.S. Now that you mention it I have actually owned 8 Pass Labs pieces over the decades including:
- Pass Aleph 3 Class A amp
- Pass Aleph 30 Class A amp
- Pass X150 Class AB amp
- Pass X150.5 Class AB amp
- Pass X3 (HT 3-ch Amp)
- Pass X2.5 (Preamp w/goofy convoluted remote)
- Pass XP-10 (Preamp w/new style remote design)
- Pass INT-150 (Integrated)**The INT-150 Integrated was a bit of a dud IMHO. Their first Integrated amp. They combined the X150.5 amp with a FET buffered preamp without gain before the volume circuitry. This Integrated sounded lean and a little lifeless compared to the outstanding X150.5 Amp with outboard preamp. Pass later corrected the INT-150 shortcomings in their newer Integrated amps that use a FET bipolar buffer with 6dB gain before the volume control. If you don't believe me ask Wayne Colburn.
Keep hurling unwarranted personal insults at me. It makes me laugh that you seem to enjoy it.
