Depends on the output tube.
The Russian 6C33C is notorious for drifting bias...nothing wrong with the tubes just the way they are made.
I had the Ayon Helios, which had a special bias circuit that did a manual bias (with an small FPGA programmed circuit) and then jumped out of the way...however, it would re-engage after 4 hours of continuous use to check the bias again and readjust if necessary.
I have also an Ayon Spark where it is purely manual and it takes a good long while to stabilize...I just live with it and listen while it is drifting around.
On the other hand, I have an Ayon Crossfire III, which takes about 20 minutes to come up to the correct bias (120mA) and then it is rock steady...it uses the same bias scheme as the Helios but doesn't do the check/readjustment because it is unnecessary as the output tube (62B) bias is rock solid.
