My Anthem AMP-1 AND L-1 are doing just fine

and didn't cost me a whole lot either. Well, I bought used, probably < $1000. My headphone amp cost me much less and is definitely one of the least expensive ways to enter this hobby -- although I did it at the end after accumulating all my other gear.
