I'm not real familiar with Prima Luna but you're right, they have a few tiers of tube integrated amps making their product line a little confusing. My other concern was the relative low power of their tube integrated amps especially with my larger speakers.
The Rogue is driving my Thiel speakers just fine and I really like the new KT120 tubes. The KT90's are not bad either which are the ones that ship with the Magnum version. The Magnum with it's larger power supply allows you to try a wider variety of power tubes.
