I've had a MA-6300 for about 6 months now. It takes a long time to break in. Happens very slowly and gradually. Bass didn't seem to flesh out until recently. The sound also becomes noticeably sweeter over time. I had the MA-6500 at home for demo and found it overly warm and somewhat recessed in the highs. Plus I never new if I should engage the loudness switch or not. With the loudness switch engaged it seemed "over boosted" without it to lean. The MA-6300 doesn't have a loudness switch and seems just right in that respect. Overall I prefer the MA-6300. I love this amp.
