If they are part of the amplification circuit you may also want to consider the Mullard CV4024 as currently they are very reasonably priced @ about $30.00 each. Also as the CV4024 was manufactured for the British Military they are extremely durable as well. I use them in my McIntosh MA2275 to such good effect that I also installed a set in my Jolida JD102B. They are warmer sounding and a little less detailed than Siemens Bambi recommends although that could be a benefit with your SAE power amp (especially for vocals) so consider how you want to voice your system before choosing.
