is Eico HF20 auto-bias integrated amp

Hi all,
I just acquired a pair of Eico HF20. I am thinking replacing the power tubes for the amps. I do not see any biasing pot, I am wondering anyone can enlighten me if biasing is required? Any input is welcomed!
