Amp/Preamp Asylum

I am building an EL84 amp loosely based on the Eico HF86. The Power Supply will have a 300-0-300 volt power xformer feeding 2 EZ81's. Capacitive filtering of the HV (350-340-300 volt taps)will have a 3 section electrolytic.
I have 3 caps to choose from, and would like to hear your opinions:
1 - NOS Sangamo "Dry Electrolytic 30-20-20 mf 500 volts.
2 - NOS ARCO "Arcolytic w/ 99.99% High Purity Aluminum Foil" 40-20-20 mf 450
volts.
3 - New Mallory "FP" 40-20-20 mf 500 volts.

Will any of these caps sound better/worse than the others? Or will the Filter cap not really infuence the sound? TIA.
