My favorite mosfet amp was the NewYork Audio Labs Moscode 300 Maxi, which did a superb job of driving the Vandersteen 2c speakers I owned at the time. The owner's manual for the amp was certainly unusual and humorous. It recommended that you take a bath in Dead Sea salts before listening to the amp. I suppose that would have made it sound even better.
