As someone searching for consumer reviews of Tact, a looking over this from the outside, you guys complaining about Tact's response to a clearly threatening email are full of it. How incredibly self-righteous to expect the seller to be unemotional when they are abused, and defend the customer, while knowing so little about what on? Sure, it sounds like the customer got a raw deal. And now Tact is probably paying for it in spades, even people who work there and had nothing to do with it. Try dealing with a health insurance company, if you want to see what reeal conumer neglect looks like.
