RE: Tact nightmare. Buyer beware.

Thanks Gdg, I guess to put things in perspective hi-end audio companies that offer less than competent customer service is not uncommon. The original poster's experience may be an isolated case (don't know), HOWEVER, after all the waiting for damaged parts and subsequently the receipt of another defective unit, Tact should have exhibited some class and understanding on that nasty email coming from a customer who has been a victim of a service that probably ranks way up there in the tragically pathetic scale.

I live in SE Asia maybe Tact over here is different and more like Tact Europe as you mentioned.
