What evidence do you have to support your accusations?First of all, I owned a Tact 2.0s for 3 years and I was thrilled with it. That is probably why I gave the company the benefit of the doubt as long as I did. In point of fact I didn't "blow my cool" until the very end when I was hit with shipping charges for a damaged amp that hadn't even been fixed. More importantly and more to the point, after 2 months of repeated delays, mistakes and then lies to cover the mistakes I got the DISTINCT impression that Boz was taking advantage of my patience. That was what made the whole thing so infuriating. On one hand people like you claim that when something like this happens it's the customers fault for being "too demanding" and if you are patient and tolerant someone like Boz will walk all over you.
As for your accusation, I would like to know EXACTLY what is was that I did to incur any "fault" whatsoever in this process? If you or the company can produce a single shred of evidence that I did anything even remotely improper at any stage of the process, other than the final email where I threatened to go public, please produce it. And, not that it has ANYTHING to do with this situation, if you can produce a SINGLE post on this, or any other forum, where I "blew my cool" without being attacked first please produce it. Otherwise stick your "2 cents" where the sun don't shine "PAL".
Ps If the low price is an excuse for this kind of behavior and service Tact should include a disclaimer that, for $3000, they can't guarantee that you will ever have a properly functioning amplifier.
Pps In a world where so many get their self image from what they own it is not uncommon for someone to take issue with a disparaging comment about something they possess. You might want to take a look at your own motives before making unfounded accusations.
