RE: Tact nightmare. Buyer beware.

No more emails are necessary the damage is done. This post will be read by thousands of people world wide and will be searchable for years.
Some small companies have grown into huge companies by offering good customer service and some big companies have gone under because they lacked the tact and care needed in dealing with their customers complaints. How many of you have gone and bought a product because you had a positive experience with one you have owned or because it was recommended by a friend?Maybe a car. How many have not bought something because a friend said bad things about it or read a poor review?
Before I bought a fridge last month I searched for reviews of current models. Two brands had 20% of customers reporting poor after sales service so guess what; right, I didn't consider them at all.
The more these companies try to belittle the customer the bigger the already deep hole they have dug for themselves.
The internet has given consumers more power so lets use it!
