There is a strange phenomenon: most sellers are "responsive, articulate, enthusiastic, and polite" until...they receive money. After that many of them don't even bother to inform their customers of the current status of shipment. The style of the correspondence deamatically changes with transfer of funds. This is particularly annoying when the order is made for the first time...
