Never bought anything from them, however have heard their product that was imported into the US under the Arte Forma name. Build quality is good, as was the sound. Traded emails with one of the principals of Hans Lab, and they were responsive, articulate, enthusiastic, and polite. Overall, I get a good feeling about the company. Not sure if that helps any, but thats what I know.
