So far the only pure SS amps I have heard that REALLY delivers the goods are the ones from Edge. The NL Signature monos are actually pretty sublime sounding. The Pass X250 and Aleph 1s were pretty close but no cigar. I would like to hear at some point though the Hovland Radia, its supposed to quite good. The new BAT amps are perhaps interesting as well. Otherwise??I have heard many more hybrid and pure tube amps (especially some OTL designs) that were the real deal though.
