I actually own two of the 108s--I'm vertically biamping--and it is everything that the recent Stereophile says it is . . . and more. As long as you don't mate it with a speaker with a ridiculous impedence curve, it is sonic nirvana. The thing simply does everything right. Believe me, I've tried to find faults with it, and I just can't. It produces the most effortlessly dynamic and see-through transparent presentation I've ever heard from an amplifier. And two of them . . . well, wow. Yeah, 18k is a lot of scratch for a 100w stereo amp--no matter how good it is--but if there's any amp that justifies that lofty pricetag, this is it.
