Since Mr Pilcher was kind enough to reply to our e-mail, he has raised some interesting points.
Mr Pilcher fails to mention that on 3rd September when Ex-Cell placed an order, according to our records for 14 Soul Amplifiers. He was informed before we accepted the order, by both Anthony Mathews and Tom Evans, of the lead times involved and at this time all bar the final pair of 60 watt mono Soul amplifiers have been delivered. Any problems that have resulted are caused by Mr Pilcher not informing his customers, of the lead times involved when the order was placed.
In addition Mr Pilcher did not specify on his order to us, which of the models, he wanted as a priority.
With reference to Mr Pilcher's cliam of sole distribution rights, we would like to point out that to date no written contract exists between our two companies.
We also do not understand the last but one paragraph, "In our mind ..... the vital next stage of plan". Who's mind and what plan ? Not ours.
Mr Pilcher also claims to be taking legal action to recover said debt ? Having offered on numerous occasions a refund, which also has the full support of our bankers, we find Mr Pilchers letter somewhat confusing !
