We have had one unit have an early failure at nine days and the unit was replaced in a day plus shipping time by Parasound....So far that is it with about fifty in the field....Parasound allows a ten year warranty and will be around to fix any problems that arise with the units, but, as with anything electronic, a 1-3% early failure rate is normal and occurs within the first two weeks of use....
