Replacing 6550C......Ref3

Looking for a new Amp or Preamp? If you're after tubes, post over here.

I expect delivery of a ARC Ref3 this week and wondering, it has just under 1,000 hrs. on the clock. The life of the 4, 6H30P tubes is considered to be about 4,000 hrs. The single 6550c is usualy rated for 2,000 hrs. With it`s best hour`s behind it should I replace it to hear the Ref3 at it`s "best"?
