RE: Curious about your speakers and amp power.

If you double the wattage and chose a high current and you will have a lot of head room which you may never need. Really that is not a very demanding number and dozens of good amps, both solid state and tube, out there. Just find a price point. Te Asylum members will tell you how to play. They know a zillion x more than I do. I have found the mid -hi fi system I own is able to engage me totally in the music. Pure pleasure and joy-but my choice was built around the speakers
