No, I gave Jim White of Aesthetix full permission to use it and helped him adapt it for his circuit. It even has a similar "bar" for up/down, although he used the display lens - a clever touch that will confuse the non-owner(!). It never occurred to either of us to credit me for that. The only appropriate place might have been when providing background information for a review.
