RE: motorized volume control

Thanks for your comments, Charles. Your experience seems to mirror our own regarding the relays. Some years back we had a rather pricey volume control system that employed relays- we could never get it to sound as good as our volume controls based on a rotary switch.

So we eventually motorized the rotary switch, as none of the solid state options seemed to work as well either.
