RE: "differential bridged output " balanced or not?

I could see calling such an arrangement a "balanced bridge". If you take two identical amps that have speaker - grounded, invert the signal going into one, then hook your speakers up to both + terminals (and connect both ground terminals), then you have a set of balanced bridged amplifiers.

The output stage, however, would not be differential.
