Not much sense in that. First it would be expensive compared to the ICE modules, second it would run warm by its very nature and would never be 80% efficient like Class D's, and most important Class D's get their "advantage" by using the on-off switching of a transistor which is not a tube's forte. But I know you know all that - must have been a random firing of some out-of-control neurons :).
