I have to agree.Dedicated lines do make a difference.You don't have refrigerator, the light dimmers,computers etc. on the connection that feeds your hi-fi.You can hear the difference,in my opinion on even a modest system. Another benefit is that you can open the breaker during a thunderstorm w/o disabling appliances etc.and it might save your electronics from voltage surges when the A/C power comes back on
