My guess is that you will find that the Mogami cables are very good. Can you find better sounding cables? Sure. Can you find better sounding cables at the same price points? That's always the question .......

Mogami has some decent stuff, very low inductance, but fairly high capacitance for a coaxial design. Problem is, they don't use anyhting better than PE insulation. You can equivalent performance from .......

I'm using Mogami 3082 at the moment. It's a coaxial speaker cable and it cost about AU$9 per metre here in Australia. Wouldn't say it's warm though, just clean and clear... .......

I didn't use any additional shielding on top of the two coaxial cables. It is not necessary as the 1505a is already a shielded cable in itself. If you look at the commercial S-Video cables made by Mog .......

The Canare F10 RCA plug will take care of IC terminations for you. You can buy the F10s from Markertek. Markertek also stocks a large variety of bulk cables from manufacturers like Canare and Mogami. .......

No relationship or interest in Belden, they are just one of the most widely available brands of cables, and are not at all a problem to get samples from, which can not be said for most other cable com .......

I've see AES/EBU runs that long with noooo problems, but never S/PDIF. Probably not be a problem though out to several hundred feet; you could certainly have a pro audio place make you a S/PDIF cable .......
