Direct would likely be best, as the screw "pads" are made of what metal? Steel would be the worst, an alloy with brass not as bad. Pure copper, or "direct" is the way to go. .......

I believe you will be shocked at the audio improvement. Really... The player I have is the DMP-BDT500. The voltages from the switching ps are: 12v for the motor that spins the discs. 6v for the main .......

I second Ryelands findings. Sharper pic, more saturated colors, brighter whites and blacker blacks. Feeding a 4k tv a "pristine" signal makes it all much easier to notice. I modded my Panasonic Blu-ra .......

These diodes are quite simply BEYOND amazing! I replaced four Vishay Hexfreds with the HiPerDYN diodes, in my source. I can not believe how good they are. Unless you are operating your source from .......

Try heating the faceplate with a blowdryer, or heatgun. The heat will soften the adhesive, and allow the faceplate to be pried off. .......

Replace the dampers. I did, and it fixes ALL vibration problems. Can't tell you where to get them, as this was quite a while ago. .......

If you feed the MPI balanced power, will it not output balanced? If that is the case, wire for isolation. Then you will have both. If I am dreaming, then wire for balanced and follow the link for .......
