I had a similar problem with my Nu-Vista. It turned out to be that the dealer, or perhaps Musical Fidelity, provided the wrong remote with my amp. It was similar, but not the same. Once I got the corr .......

A good friend of mine owns the Linn Lk1 pre amp. He used to also have the companion LK2 amplifier, but it finally melted down after long service. He is a real vinyl freak, and likes the phono section .......

I own the Nu-Vista, which has a similar phono section. Any dealer should be willing to set the internal dip switches to moving coil for you before you take it home --mine did. There billions of phono .......

I think that I have that phono pre amp, or something like it. It has the switch. I've found that the flat setting is not close to being the curve that most of my 78's are equalized with. RIAA is close .......
