Well, the numbers in your linked article do show strong sales in the younger age brackets. That's surprising to me because, as others have mentioned, I don't hear much about younger people buying turn .......

Not surprised but the vinyl resurgence is a bubble and we're not likely to see increased sales for long, especially as we aging boomers get rid of our vinyl systems when we move into smaller residence .......

Agreed, somewhat. My take is that "perfect sound forever" is as (ir)relevant as the "absolute sound" when it comes to music enjoyment. Measurements (or the lack of), specifications, distortion, etc. c .......

I try to use burners and software that allow slower write speeds, typically 4x to 8x. I don't have proof that slower write speeds work better at forming the "bumps" pits in the film but it's been work .......
