Micro Seiki probably influenced the design of the L07D--Micro Seiki influenced the design of many Japanese turntables during that time. The L07D (31 kg; platter 5.5 kg) is still lighter than the Micro .......

The problem with Maggies is that they can set you down a very expensive road in terms of amplification, room set up, etc. I think they are very hard to beat, and are a great bargain in terms of the q .......

Got a good deal from Mark at RenoHiFi; it was a display unit, so essentially new but a good discount from a new one--so new that it still had to be broken in, and came with a 3 year warranty. ::: TOP .......

I have a lot more CDs than records, which was one of the motivating factors. And I'm not interested in streaming or computer audio at all. I'm perfectly happy putting CDs or SACDs into the player. Not .......

I use the HK Limage setup, and I believe it works better with a rectangular listening room. This appears almost square. Only one way to know is to try it, but the room is less than optimal, I think. : .......

I've done that. Also don't think it is the crossovers as the problem did move from L to R when I switched the speaker cables from L to R, and the crossovers stayed in the same position. .......

I would hesitate to put maggies in any room that is asymmetrical, that is, one speaker will be closer to a side wall than the other. In my experience, it can shift the image from the center to one sid .......
