It's the tedium of seeing MF products reviewed month after month after bloody month. Is MF really more willing than other manufacturers to provide products for review? Who cares? Isn't it the magazine .......

The point is: not all tubes sound the same. If you'd listened to a SET amp (with a 300B tube), it's highly unlikely that you'd think it was "harsh." On the other hand, you seem to enjoy being…contrary .......

Park Avenue Audio is two blocks from where I work. I wander in there all the time, listen to stuff, ask questions, and they never, ever apply any kind of pressure. They're a nice, fairly mellow audio .......

Definitely Bel Canto DAC 2. I have Sony 777 SACD and Sonic Frontiers Line 3, and it works real well both both. .......
