Been sent a scan of the old brochure. These come after the A7 and Coniston and before the Sintra. Eden being 'the Vale of' just east of the Lake District where is found Coniston Water where Sir Malcol .......

Could be the cables. I recently experimented with different speaker cables and noticed enhanced nastiness on sibillents on digital radio, and on some CDs, especially with female vocals, but not via vi .......

I'm pretty sure it wasn't the MU, but the record companies, that placed a limit on the number of records that could be played each hour on UK (not just English) radio. I think the limit was an average .......

UK based, so different product availabilty. Also tempted by the hi-tech looks of some. Auditioned Roksan, PT and Mitchell amongst others. Settled on an LP12, since upgraded with decent arm/cartridge, .......

I've bought mail order and in the store from a number of UK based dealers who are on the Gemm 'network'. No particular problems. Pricing policy varies. Its no different than any other web based second .......

Yeah, I know others who can't stand the voice. As I say, he's a love - him or hate-him artist...very little room in the in-between camp. Beat The Retreat and The World Is A Wonderful Place are excelle .......

...well, in my opinion anyway...solo, duo, or band. I've well over a hundred live show recordings spanning back to his Fairport days. Never plays a bad gig. Just an outstanding guitarist and lyricist. .......

Bill, I think the X series products revived interest in what was one of many look-a-like mid-price product ranges. The Nu-Vista shook things up a bit too. But the quirkiness made them something of a n .......

VLC is best for video and pretty good for audio. Media Player Classic is also very good for video, but VLC has more functionality around sub-titles. Both knock spots off of Microsoft Media Player of a .......

Generally the marbled colour (red, grey, green.....blue?)were limited edition promo. Sounds like yours was a radio station pressing. The coloured vinyl was supposed to be purer than the recycled stuff .......

I think you'll find that whilst he sang Forever Autumn from Jeff Wayne's 'War of The Worlds' he didn't do a project of his own...I could be wrong, but I don't think he did more than that. cheers rich .......

DSOTM was officially pressed in Green Vinyl. Bleach was released in the US on various colored vinyl on the Sub Pop label and in Australia on the Waterfront label. Tupelo in the UK only pressed white, .......
