I recently tried a Sophia Electric 300B carbon plate 2.5v in place of my 2A3 DHT dac. The improvement is very clear and significant compare to EML mesh plates. Given JJ is 300b with 2.5v, I'm guessing .......

Just heard back from tubemonger; unfortunately they don't have any 4 pin type socket saver/extender. My dac needs a 4 pin one. Any other vendors? .......

Thanks unclestu! Where did you get the socket extender from? Any link will be very helpful. Also, using socket extender didn't deteriorate sound? Do you know if tubes touching each other picks up vibr .......

I've a lampizator DHT dac which uses 2A3 tubes. I recently bought Sophia Electric 300B carbon plate 2.5v. Right out of the box, there is significant improvement of sound. It is clearly better than .......
