It does appear that these are no longer available. You may consider dropping down to the Nad c316bee, and then add a pair of PSB alpha b1's. A really good match, as they are basically the same parent .......

The Paradigm's will be brighter and more sibilant than the PSB's. The PSB's are warmer and have more low end. I own both. FYI the newest version of the paradign atom is now V.6 .......

Try to find a pioneer dv-563a. It is one generation old now, replaced with the dv-578a. The build and sound quality is better on the 563. every once in a while pioneer electronics has factory refurbs .......

i had the same issue when we redid our wood floors. i went with sound anchor cone coasters. they are $12 a pop but they do the trick and you can even slide the stands on the floor when the spikes are .......

i would think a 667 would be fine. 33 mhz shouldnt make that much difference. the fact that the 667 runs on the 133 mhz bus instead of the 100 mhz should help as well. make sure you have enough ram (a .......

the vandersteen sigs must be biwired, and they use barrier strips. most spades are too wide to fit. most people either file down the "barrier" between the screws, or cut one side of the spade off and .......

i agree, vta is very important. that is why i was asking about azimuth as well. i found out from music hall that the mmf-2.1 does not have that feature. so it looks like it might be the pro-ject 1.2 a .......

they are the same model. the "s" stands for silver, which they all are. the consensus is that the 563a does not convert dsd to pcm unless bass management is used. .......

you have to remember that the stereo layer is only remastered from the 2 track master tape. what is on that tape is what you get no matter if it is redbook or sacd 2 channel. now the multichannel is a .......

hi, multi channel dvd-a is only 24/96. stereo dvd-a can be 24/192. so you will want use the stereo analog output of the dvd-2900 into a stereo input of the avr-3802. this will be for 2 channel dvd-a's .......
