Yup, stereo integrated with built in crossover for the sub output. Reason for the external crossover is because using the internal crossover that has no adjustment to change it the crossover is too hi .......

Yeah, pretty much what I think I am gonna do. Feed mono sub output signal into y adapters to feed line-level crossover, then into amp from crossover, then just hook up the 2 channel amp into each sub .......

Would it be best to remove the crossover from the sub woofer entirely? If so, is this a difficult or simple procedure for someone who's not opened up a speaker crossover before? .......

I do indeed buy a lot of used records, some from thrift stores and many have been pretty grimy. I've seen plenty of them go from coated with dirt and completely unplayable to clean as can be with manu .......

I think what I preferred about Neu! was the constant and steady rhythm if that makes sense. Can seemed more all over the place, at least what I have heard. I do also like a lot of the synth stuff like .......

Went ahead and grabbed a Stanton D5127 to get started, just stuck it on there and spun for a bit without wiring for mono, took a couple sides for the suspension to settle down. I'd never heard anythin .......

Thanks for the advice. I ordered a genuine Stanton D5127 with 78 stylus for the 500 and have the cartridge wired for mono in the headshell, waiting. I don't know how serious I will get about 78s, but .......

Sounds like the 500 allows for more variation in tips. Not sure if I will eventually go further than one all-purpose 78 tip, but could be nice to have the option. .......

I spin a few 78s now and then and currently have an Ortofon om78 stylus to play them. But I seem to always see Stantons talked about as ideal for 78s and rummaging around I realized I had an old gold .......

A Shure M97xE stylus will fit just fine work decently. You lose some detail and refinement from the proper stylus, but it isn't bad and will at least get you back in business. It's what I've ended up .......

Weird. I wonder if the difference is in the discs themselves or the burner. Could be the burner since I have a pretty econo one bought used. I've tried a variety of discs with the same issue. You may .......

I used to use Music CDRWs to record with a component burner from vinyl, then transfer to the computer to edit and split tracks and such before burning to a regular CDR. I stopped using them though bec .......

Yeah, they have an early bird special here for an extra 2.50 admission, I haven't tried that yet, but I keep meaning to. I usually just get there at the start of the regular admission. .......

Go to Urban Outfitters. They have LP frames for 15 bucks in black or silver. And, you can slip LPs in and out of them. .......
