The T90A should have a radiation pattern more similar to the Altecs,plus you can move them more easily than most ribons to time align them for a smooth blend. I have owned both T90A`s and T90AEX`s and .......

My HT system has all Fostex Fr drivers. Main fronts are BLH, rear and center are BR boxes and it blends fine for music and movies. .......

Back in 1984 I wqs given a Mac 240 and a Scott preamp-tuner. I threw the preamp in the trash and sold the Mac for $100.00, it worked fine. I am still seeing a counselor for this. .......

Using FE206E`s across the front is a good idea for a seamless blend and the subs you have planned should work well on music and HT. Keep us posted on how it goes. I`ll bet it will be the coolest HT on .......

I agree the 8'' EV FR is a nice driver. If I could find a pair I would build some Baronets. When I found the Leyton 100`s I was hoping to find a 8" in it, but they were free, and I`ll have some fun w .......

I feel it works well. I use the FE206E`s in recommended horn for mains, Fe166E in Fostex recommended BR for rears and FE127E`s in recommended BR`s for center front and center rear (which really don`t .......

I have both drivers, each in the horns recommended by Fostex. The Fe206ESR has more detail and extension at both ends. The HF on the FE206E is edgy in comparison with the ESR`s and I used Planet 10 ph .......

That`s good because he has SP12`s not the SP12B`s. Would a PAudio 15" coax work in the larger cabinets? PAudio has a few different 15" coax`s and I don`t know if any one model is better suited for a K .......

I always thought it was my room, listening position and placement of speakers. When I place my sub behind and to the right of the right speaker it sounds like all the bass is coming from the horns so .......

A plunge router with a Jasper Jig will probably work better, but that`s the way I do it, so you might want to expiriment with the roto-zip on a scrap piece. My guess is that it has less power than a b .......

I would try to use a roller instead of a brush, where possible. In the areas to small for a roller dab paint on with a brush. This will give the surface a slight textured look, but the overall finish .......

What type of finish do you plan to put on these? If you are painting them any holes or dings can be fixed with Bondo, the auto body filler, If you are trying to maintain a wood finish I would recommen .......

Check out Signal Cables. Both the speaker wires and interconnects outperformed the Nordost I was using that cost 4X more. I would have a hard time believing there is anything better at the price, mayb .......

The FE206ESR horns are finally sounding pretty fine. I lined the CC with deflex and added a little wool stuffing in the throat. I`m sure they are still breaking in, but I am now happy with the speaker .......

Try setting your arm/cartridge with an alignment tool and test record and possibly wall mounting your turntable or using an isolation system. I had the same problem with a Rega 25 and Audio Prism IsoB .......
