do you have the same issue with both vinyl and digital sources? Also, I find things to be much more pronounced with headphone setups. For example, I always dial in my cartridges with the cans as you c .......

I have always strugged to get things setup just right for LP playback. I mean, there are so many variables to tweak in one's system and it seems that there is a massive dependancy between them all. F .......

IMHO the added depth is nice for the Space Deck, as well as the added capacity. Also, the lack of the "double supports" towards the rear. is more attractive ;) .......

the nice part about tubes is the lack of slew rate. The nice thing about a solid-state opamp design is the increased bandwidth possible and the ultra linear design possibilities. .......

audiotom: I'm not sure if this helps, but I'd definitely recommend the Apollo shelf over the Target shelf. The extra depth is nice for the Nottingham, and the extra recommended weight capacity is nice .......

well, I now have my own opinion on the subject ;) I'd say 2:1 ratio of vertical to lateral. I'm running 1 hour on the first vertical, then 1 hour on the first lateral, and then 1 hour on the second se .......

Mike, I'm using a VTA adjustor and have it set at about 1.5mm with my DL-103D on a P3 as well. I'm also using a Ringmat, but it is the same thickness as the stock felt mat. Do you have any other mods .......

What makes you think that the only difference in the DL-103 and DL-103D is the stylus? The published specs on output, mass, frequency response, output impendance, compliance, L/R seperation, recommend .......
