Thank you -- we do like it here. We bought this property in 1993 with the goal of building a house & retiring here, which we did in 2013 (2014 for me). I like to tell friends that we have the best vie .......

even spring-loaded platform feeders (as shown in the photo) meant to dissuade larger birds don't stop the crows. We feed admixtures of safflower, sunflower "chips" (no husks), black oil & striped who .......
