Open baffle 2 way built around the Zenith 49CZ852 drivers (as promoted by Glow in the Dark Audio). The Goldwood GT-25 tweeter is inexpensive (cheap). Go crazy, buy 6 and you can experiment with one fr .......

I had a set of amps (Brociner UL-1) rebuilt by Stu Remington about 10 years ago, but for various reasons (my plan had been to match them up with ESL-57s but I assumed my Aleph J mini couldn't be beat) .......

I can't respond to the original poster's question ( I am not an industry insider),but I would like to ask for opinions on the value of biamping a pair of 604C's vs using an upgraded (J Markwart) passi .......
