I recently bought an Ikea Lack big screen tv table to put my all audio note system (transport, dac, preamp, amp) upon. It holds all 4 units on one level with several inches between each. It is only $6 .......

Just EH's, but all is well. Cleaned the pins with alcohol and now they are ok. Maybe the magic eraser left a residue as I didn't even use a new one. Not smart. Whatever it was, think I'll just leave .......

Yes, FAULTY panel(s). I've been there, paid for the expensive repair and problem solved. I use an 80 watt solid state amp, and the quads will play loud. Have never tripped the protection since the rep .......

My cartridge instruction say that it is very sensitive to polarity, I would suppose this means to keep it correct. As for hearing it, I'm sure almost anyone could hear the difference in my setup. With .......

You have a problem, the speaker is arcing at low volume. It will get worse and arc at lower and lower volumes. It needs repair. This happened to my 988. If you have a good dealer, go through him for r .......

Not at all. My audio buddy has had the P25 since it came out and I had heard it countless times, although not always sober. He now has a P25 and a gyrodec, after hearing mine. I had no inkling of want .......

I own both, what do you want to know? They are each better than 90% of other tables out there. Sound more alike than you would imagine. Have different tonearms ,cartridges, phono stage, turntable supp .......

No need to change arm cable, (it is not great, but I use it also) just make sure it is routed so as not to affect the bounce of the table, mine hangs off to the side of the stand. If not routed proper .......

You are so close. Buy a used CJ EV-1 on agon and sell the P-75. Should be a difference of about $500. Later you can get HR, which is awesome. You've come this far, why not go all the way. If you want .......

Not my take on it at all. I own the Whest and a CJ EV1. Have had the EAR, P75 and naim stageline through my system. The Whest is good, although I don't hear amazing resolution, or brightness, as I did .......

For me it depended on the arm/cart I used with it. With the more serious stuff$ I liked the lingo, but with the akito k-18 I preferred the valhalla, it was more lively. Lingo is a bit buttoned downed, .......

Routing of the tonearm cable is important, not the type of cable. Make sure the tonearm cable is routed in such a way as to not affect the bounce. I hang it on a ten penny nail. Listen to it both ways .......

Yes, bought them new. Does your speaker have the male ground prong? Because I could use a standard cord with the female ground, only there is no ground prong on the speaker to attach to. Just sits emp .......

Hukk is probably right, vpi is good but hi-fi sounding. Try a dynavector with it, if that doesn't do it, get a rega. Not as neutral, but no way boring. .......

I have a gyro and so does my friend. He has a benz H2 on it and it sounds fantastic. And when it comes to cartridges I don't believe in the law of diminishing returns. It is to me the most cost effect .......

I own the spendor and am very familiar with the proac, have heard previous sonus fabers. I would GUESS that you get what you pay for. As good as the 3/5 is, I don't think it competes with the twice th .......
