Perhaps it is my imagination but the quality of original wiper blades seems to have deteriorated. I have replaced mine with supposed *better ones* as recommended by dealers etc. but, at best, they do .......

The original PSU is a 5V wall wart. I was told the current needed by the DAC 2 was easily supplied by the LPS. I would not know how to measure the voltage output of the original PSU. Thanks ::: TOPIC .......

There are so many variables you can only go by your own experiences and the equipment you use. When I was using mostly Bryston I didn't find any power cord ( I tried a number up to $500) made any not .......

I have and highly recommend a Pioneer Elite PD 6 MK11 Cd/Sacd player. I bought it in Canada new on sale for $500. It has bettered players that I previously had that were more than double the price. .......

Well, it is not that simple because it depends. It depends on the power requirement of your loudspeakers, their impedance fluctuation ( do they go to 4 ohms or below as most speakers do) and how loud .......

I've used two budget preamps ( purchased used fits your budget) that worked well with my Bryston 3B SST. One was the NAD C162 and the other was an Anthem TLP 1. Both were mostly equal to a Bryston BP .......
