get the Isoacoustics footers for 1/2 the price at $199.99. It really changed for the better when I had my Scout. Now that I changed my tt to a Feickert Volare ... there is no bolt size comparable, eve .......

Well, customer service for Isoacoustics has said they don't make the m7 screw, so they are directing me to get the Orea instead. Thing is the Orea is non-height adjustable. .......

that's one of the reasons why I chose to get the Volare instead going up onto the VPI Prime (have had my Scout since '07). To me, VPI is just looking too much 'bling' visually(except for the previous .......

None of the three different supplied set of screws included with the Gaia III isolators fit onto my Volare tt. I previously used them on my VPI Scout. The US distributor I guess haven't come across us .......

yeah, I put my second fork back in almost three weeks ago after my initial post (as I hated to see the 2nd fork not do anything) and re-listened again and found it to be better than one fork in my tub .......

i still do pierre's vibration control under my vpi tt... however i upgraded my mapleshade maple board this past January to 24 x 18 for $250..shipping to HI was $80 ! I replaced the brass cones with is .......

the white tube dampers that are on the Sylvania 12ax7 are older gen Herbie's Audio dampers. Yes, I tried using my older Herbie's Audio dampers also on those Philips 6922 tubes but felt and sounded tha .......

this 'green' tweak was surpassed later with using a black marker pen with marking up the perimeter's edge of the disc plus also marking up the inner center's smaller hole. It didn't matter what brand .......

i've tube rolled both the 6x4s and the 12au7s in my minimax since I bought mine in early '05, I still have it as my preamp. I don't find the tung-sol 6x4 good, actually I thought the stock 6x4 GEC was .......

nOhr's 4.0 speakers have just recently been reviewed in: goodsound.com and cheaphometheater.com check them out... I am still waiting for my black ceramic 4.0 speakers that i ordered in mid July,some .......
