When you swap the clocking for better ones, you hear an instant improvement. The same when a good relocking scheme is introduced whether it is spdif or usb .......

The best 75R cable I have ever has is the Mark Levinson Silver which was made in Japan with very decent core and shield sizes and soft teflon dielectric. Somehow they just sound better than anything e .......

There is good technical reason why usb cables sound different. Just part of the mix if one is interested in AQ rather than bits without the time co-ordinate (which is nonsense). .......

Don't get an NUC with a fan. At a higher cost get an i7 35W with passive cooling from a silent PC assembler. Make sure the case has a 65W cooling capacity. Such a PC can process 1080p video well. Don' .......

Impedance should be as close to 90R as possible, with good shielding. It is economic to buy high end Wireworld cables in 5 or 7m lengths, cut them up and form shorter (as short as 10 cm) cables using .......

You'll have a job getting discrete IV; to my knowledfge only the UA2192 has this with all Class A discrete modules that run hot. Sounds good though but they no longer make it. .......
